Great, easy dessert. It is more pudding-like as opposed to a fluffy "mousse". The raspberries are a great addition and go well with the light chocolate taste of the pudding.

What You Need

35
 vanilla wafers, finely crushed (about 1-1/4 cups)
1/4
cup  butter, melted
2
pkg.  (3.9 oz. each) JELL-O Chocolate Instant Pudding
2-1/2
cups  cold milk
2
cups  thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
2
cups  fresh raspberries
2
oz.  BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate

Make It

MIX wafer crumbs and butter; press onto bottom of 9-inch square pan.

BEAT pudding mixes and milk in large bowl with whisk 2 min. (Pudding will be thick.) Stir in COOL WHIP; spread over crust. Freeze 2 hours or until firm.

TOP dessert with berries. Melt chocolate as directed on package; drizzle over berries. Let stand 10 min. or until dessert is slightly softened.

Kraft Kitchens Tips

Substitute
Substitute 2 cups fresh strawberries, halved, for the raspberries.
Variation
Omit vanilla wafers and butter. Line bottom of pan with half of 10-3/4-oz. pkg. marble pound cake, cut into 1/4-inch-thick slices.
