Great, easy dessert. It is more pudding-like as opposed to a fluffy "mousse". The raspberries are a great addition and go well with the light chocolate taste of the pudding.
I absolutely love this and so did my guests. It is so easy and so fun but has great presentation possibilities and looks like something from a resteraunt. I made it once with a grahm cracker crust instead of the pound cake and that was just as good. Over-all, ABSOLUTELY HEAVENLY!
The dessert did not set even after 24 hrs of refrigeration.
It's a simple recipe and I followed the instructions but it's still pudding like... made it for a birthday friend yet he didn't get the final end dessert but a bowl of dessert instead.
