Chocolate-Berry Treats

Chocolate-dipped strawberries are not for room service only. These juicy and elegant treats are way easier than they look when you use our 2-ingredient method.

What You Need

medium strawberries

pkg. (4 oz.) BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate

Make It

WASH strawberries and dry thoroughly. (Do not remove stems.)

PLACE chocolate in top of double boiler or in bowl over saucepan of simmering water. Heat until chocolate is almost melted, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat; stir until chocolate is completely melted and smooth.

DIP bottom half of each strawberry into chocolate. Place on wax paper-covered tray. Refrigerate until chocolate is firm. Store in refrigerator.

Very easy and delicious. My 17 year old son has requested these since tasting samples at the grocery store. I came across this recipe and had to make them for him. He was THRILLED!!!

I've always loved making these! I use almond bark and roll them in chopped nuts, coat them in coconut, or make some milk chocolate and then drizzle them with white chocolate to give a variety and make them all a little more special.

This is a very simple recipe, but none the less tastes amazing! I had guests over at the last minute and quickly made these. While they were being refrigerated I could easily prepare other foods. The strawberries are delicious! All in all, it was very good.

Very good and very easy! I melted semi sweet choclate chips in the microwave and it only took a few mintues to prepare! Love it!!

I have done this many time and everyone LOVES it. I melt my chocolate in the microwave to save time. You can also put the chocolate in a baggie and snip the end off and drizzel over strawberries! It's great either way.
