  • Combine cookie crumbs and butter; press onto bottom and up side of 9-inch pie plate sprayed with cooking spray. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  • Mix cream cheese and caramel topping in medium bowl until well blended. Gently stir in COOL WHIP; spread onto bottom of crust.
  • Beat pudding mix and milk with whisk 2 min.; pour over cream cheese layer. Refrigerate 3 hours.

    I tried this recipe tonight (May 1, 2015) and used a ready made cookie pie crust and excluded the caramel from it as I'm not too keen on caramel. YUCK!!! Overall this recipe was very good and I would make it again.

    I love this dessert! I do cheat though; I use a pre-made crust to save a little time since I'm usually in a hurry :)

    This was good and really easy. I did substitute a graham cracker crust and it tasted fine.
