Chocolate Cheese Pie

I made this for my dad's birthday and was gone by nightfall! Truly tasty and my anti-cottage cheese brother was first in line for, ahem, thirds!

What You Need

pkg. (14 oz.) fat-free marble loaf cake

cup LIGHT N' LIVELY 1% Lowfat Cottage Cheese with added Calcium

cup cold fat-free milk

oz. BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, chopped

pkg. (4-serving size) JELL-O Chocolate Fat Free Sugar Free Instant Pudding

cup thawed COOL WHIP FREE Whipped Topping

Make It

CUT cake into 8 slices; cut each cake slice in half. Line bottom and side of 9-inch pie plate with cake slices; set aside.

PLACE cottage cheese, milk and chocolate in blender container; cover. Blend on high speed until smooth. Add pudding mix and whipped topping; cover. Blend on low speed 1 minute, stirring once. Pour into prepared pie plate.

REFRIGERATE 3 hours or until set. Store leftover pie in refrigerator.

I followed the directions but the result was not so good:sour taste, the consistency of the filling was tick.Nobody liked.

This had a sour taste to it...was it the cottage cheese? I definitely would not make it again. I made 2 pies on Father's Day, one for my husband and one for my son. I dumped my son's pie and my husband is still trying to finish his.

Very Good a quick easy recipe that can be made the night before and stored in the fridge or that day it was a big hit tastes just like a chocolate chesse cake.
