  • Heat oven to 400°F.
  • Mix flour and baking powder. Beat butter in large bowl with mixer until creamy. Gradually add sugar then 1 pkg. dry gelatin mix, beating after each addition until light and fluffy. Blend in egg and vanilla. Gradually beat in flour mixture; press onto bottom of 12-inch pizza pan.
  • Bake 15 to 17 min. or until edge is golden brown. Cool completely.
  • Meanwhile, add boiling water to remaining gelatin mix in large bowl; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Stir in cold water. Whisk in COOL WHIP. Refrigerate 15 to 20 min. or until mixture is very thick.
  • Melt chocolate as directed on package. Spread COOL WHIP mixture over crust; top with pie filling. Drizzle with chocolate.
