  • Preheat oven to 325°F. Prepare crust in 9-inch pie plate as directed on package for one-crust filled pie.
  • Beat butter and sugars in large bowl with electric mixer until light and fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla; mix well. Add flour; beat until well blended. Stir in chocolate chunks. Spread into crust.
  • Bake 1 hour 5 min. to 1 hour 10 min. or until wooden toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool.

    very rich & good - I used choc chips, added walnuts (that's what I had in the pantry) and I used bourban inatead of the vanilla. Served with dollop of cool whip.

    Everyone in my family liked it - especially warm with ice cream. Definitely check it on the shorter side of the cooking time though! Also, have foil handy to cover the crust about half way through baking.
