  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix flour, baking soda and salt; set aside.
  • Beat butter and sugars in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy. Add egg and vanilla; beat well. Add flour mixture; beat on low speed until well blended. Stir in chocolate chunks. Spread into 9-inch springform pan.
  • Bake 45 to 50 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely on wire rack.
