  • Combine first 3 ingredients in medium bowl. Mix butter, condensed milk and vanilla until blended. Add to wafer crumb mixture; mix lightly.
  • Spread into 9-inch square baking pan sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Bake 25 to 30 min. or until set. Cool completely in pan.
