  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Microwave chocolate and butter in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 min. or until butter is melted. Stir until chocolate is completely melted.
  • Stir 2 cups sugar and 1/4 cup each instant coffee and orange juice into chocolate mixture until blended. Mix in 4 eggs. Stir in 1 cup flour until blended. Spread into foil-lined 13x9-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Beat cream cheese, remaining sugar, 1 egg, 1/4 cup each flour and instant coffee and remaining orange juice and zest in same bowl with whisk until blended. Spoon mixture over brownie batter. Swirl with knife to marbleize.
  • Bake 40 min. or until toothpick inserted in center comes out with fudgy crumbs. DO NOT OVERBAKE. Cool in pan.
