Chocolate Cookie Bark

With Oreo Cookies in the mix, how can you go wrong? Wrap up these treats with the elegant (and totally achievable) chocolate swirl for any gift-giving occasion.

What You Need

Tbsp. PLANTERS Creamy Peanut Butter

pkg. (6 squares) BAKER'S White Chocolate, melted

OREO Cookies, coarsely crushed, divided

pkg. (8 squares) BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, melted

Make It

ADD peanut butter to white chocolate; mix well. Stir half the crushed cookies into each bowl of melted chocolate.

DROP spoonfuls of the chocolate mixtures onto waxed paper-covered baking sheet, alternating colors of chocolates. Swirl with knife.

REFRIGERATE 1 hour or until firm. Break into pieces. Store in airtight container in refrigerator.

Cranberry-Kissed Chocolate Cookie Bark

Omit peanut butter. Prepare chocolate mixtures and swirl as directed. Immediately sprinkle with 1/4 cup dried cranberries. Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm. Break into pieces as directed.

YUM!! Double recipe. Start with chocolate, then do white chocolate on top, so swirls show more of the white than dark. Don't leave out the PB. It totally makes this recipe. Yum! Thank you!

Soooo good!! Easy and taste great!! I add a little more peanut butter to the white chocolate and its amazing!!

I made it using butter instead of peanut butter, and pecan nuts instead of Oreo biscuits. I used chocolate chips. Nice, addictive, a bit too sweet.

I make these every Christmas, along with the peanut butter/chocolate graham cracker bark. Always a big hit, and so easy to make!
