  • Melt chocolate as directed on package. Use fork to dip 1 of the crackers into chocolate, turning to evenly coat cracker with chocolate. Gently shake cracker over dip container to remove excess chocolate.
  • Place on wax paper-covered baking sheet. Repeat with remaining crackers and chocolate.
  • Refrigerate 30 min. or until chocolate is set. Place in airtight container with sheet of wax paper between each layer. Refrigerate up to 1 week.

Variation

Substitute 6 oz. BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Baking Chocolate for the tub of dipping chocolate. Place chocolate in microwaveable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 1 min., stirring after 30 sec. (The squares will retain their shapes.) Stir until chocolate is completely melted.

Substitute

Prepare as directed, using BAKER'S Milk Chocolate Dipping Chocolate.

We make these every year with our Christmas candy. If you put the right amount of peppermint oil in the chocolate they taste exactly like thin mint Girl Scout cookies! Yummmmmmmyyyy!!
