Rated 5 out of 5 by from This was the BEST chocolate--really creamy--frosting I have made. This was the BEST chocolate--really creamy--frosting I have made. Did I mention I've been baking for over 50 years. Wonderful on the chocolate Bday cake for my 6-yr. twin grandson. Because he loves mint, I added mint patties (halved) around the edge of the cake--great contrast. Sidebar: I doubled the recipe for a 9-in layer cake and only had about a cup left over. Since I will be sharing this recipe with all the bakers at the party, there will be lots more people enjoying this great frosting! By the way I never, ever use canned frosting on my cakes, scratch or boxed, because frostings are simple and so very good homemade--especially this one.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I used this recipe on a Chocolate Marshmallow S'more Cupcake. I used this recipe on a Chocolate Marshmallow S'more Cupcake. This was the perfect Frosting for a perfect cupcake. I was looking for a way to incorporate the Jet-Puffed Marshmallow Creme into the frosting and it not be so sweet it wouldn't be enjoyed. My guests went on and on about this being the best cupcake they had ever tasted. The result would not have been the same without this great recipe. Thank you KRAFT.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from don't use cream cheese The marshmellow creme idea is a keeper. It makes really smooth. However, I really did not like the cream cheese in it. It adds a weird after-taste. It makes it too sour, when coupled with the cake.
