  • Combine flour, baking powder and salt. Microwave chocolate and butter in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 min., stirring after 1 min. Stir until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended. Add brown sugar; mix well. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla. Add flour mixture; mix well.
  • Refrigerate 30 min. or until dough is firm enough to easily handle.
  • Heat oven to 350°F. Shape dough into 54 (1-inch) balls; roll in powdered sugar until evenly coated. Place, 2 inches apart, on baking sheets.
  • Bake 9 to 11 min. or until centers are set. Cool 1 min. on baking sheets. Remove to wire racks; cool completely.
