Variation - Chocolate-Dipped Frozen Bananas
Omit cookies. Melt chocolate as directed. Cut each of 4 bananas crosswise into 4 pieces. Insert wooden pop stick into each banana piece. Dip in chocolate, then roll in nuts or coconut as directed. Place on wax paper-covered tray and freeze until bananas are frozen. Store in freezer until ready to serve. Makes 16 servings, 1 banana chunk each.
