Chocolate Dipped Peanut Butter Balls

As easy to make as cookie balls, these chocolate-dipped treats are made with peanut butter and graham crackers rather than cream cheese and cookies.

What You Need

cup   PLANTERS Creamy Peanut Butter
Tbsp.   butter, softened
cup  powdered sugar
cup   graham cracker crumbs
pkg.  (4 oz. each) BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, melted

Make It

MIX peanut butter and butter in medium bowl until blended. Add sugar and graham crumbs; mix well.

SHAPE into 24 (1-inch) balls; dip, 1 at a time, in chocolate, turning to evenly coat each ball. Place on parchment- or waxed paper-covered rimmed baking sheet.

REFRIGERATE 1 hour or until firm.

How to Easily Dip Snowballs
To easily coat snowballs with melted chocolate, add balls to bowl of melted chocolate. Then, use 2 forks to roll balls in chocolate until evenly coated. Remove balls with forks and allow excess chocolate to drip back into bowl before placing balls on prepared baking sheet.
Pack these delicious snowballs in small containers. Then, add a colorful bow and gift tag to each container and you've got the perfect holiday or hostess gift.
