My favorite chocolate ganache, drizzled over chocolate cake with cherries. I use the best dark chocolate I can find for this recipes.
I made this as a topping for a fudge cake. I liked it though next time I plan on adding a pinch or two of powdered sugar to combat the bitterness. Still, quite tasty. :)
