Chocolate Ganache

This simple mixture of semi-sweet chocolate melted with whipping cream is used as a rich filling and frosting for cakes or for decorating cookies.

What You Need

pkg.  (4 oz.) BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate
cup  whipping cream

Make It

PLACE chocolate and cream in small heavy saucepan.

COOK on very low heat just until chocolate is melted, stirring frequently.

REMOVE from heat; cool completely. (Ganache thickens as it cools.)
