We love this drink. It's strong, dark, rich, sweet, hot. Spectacular, on a romantic level. I know coffee is made in a coffee maker with water, but I don't have a coffee maker, and we think coffee not made with milk is nasty. So here's what I do. If I'm making only a one cup serving for myself, I place 1 cup milk in a sauce pan, turn the heat to medium-high, add a leveled teaspoon of ground hazelnut flavored coffee, bring to a boil, simmer for 4 minutes. Some of the milk will evaporate, leaving space in the cup for the hot cocoa powder. While simmering, I place one envelope's worth of hot cocoa powder in a cup, and rest a small spoon-shaped strainer over it. Once the coffee is ready, I pour over cup, and the strainer catches the coffee grounds. Milk always spills, though, but I clean it up. I suddenly decided to practise this method, because the recipe was so tempting and simple. This method was easy, fun, produced mind-blowing results, and quick with no confusion.
