Chocolate-Honey Brownie Bars

These brownies not only have honey in the batter, but are also drizzled with a luscious chocolate-honey topping for an extra-special touch.

What You Need

pkg.  (4 oz. each) BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, divided
cup  (1-1/2 sticks) butter
cup  sugar
cup  honey
cup  flour
Tbsp.  honey

Make It

PREHEAT oven to 350°F. Line 13x9-inch baking pan with aluminum foil, with ends of foil extending over sides of pan. Grease foil; set aside. Microwave 6 oz. chocolate and the butter in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 min. or until butter is melted. Stir until chocolate is completely melted. Add sugar and 1/2 cup honey; mix well. Blend in eggs. Add flour; stir until well blended. Pour into prepared pan.

BAKE 25 min. or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely.

MICROWAVE remaining 2 oz. chocolate and the 2 Tbsp. honey in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1 min. Stir until chocolate is completely melted. Drizzle over dessert. Refrigerate 5 min. or until chocolate is firm. Lift bars from pan, using foil handles; place on cutting board. Cut into 24 bars to serve.

Use Your Stove
Melt chocolate and butter in heavy 2-qt. saucepan on very low heat until melted, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Continue as directed.
If baking in glass baking dish, reduce oven temperature to 325°F.
