  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Microwave chocolate and butter in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 min. or until butter is melted. Stir until chocolate is completely melted; cool to room temperature. Set aside.
  • Beat eggs and sugar in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until thick and lemon colored. Blend in chocolate mixture. Add flour; mix well. Pour into greased and floured 9-inch round cake pan.
  • Bake 30 min. or until center is set. Cool 5 min.; remove from pan. Cool completely on wire rack.


Enjoy this indulgent dessert on occasion. One serving goes a long way on chocolate flavor.

Jazz It Up

Garnish with a light sprinkling of powdered sugar and a few fresh berries just before serving.

    I loved this recipe, if you love chocolate you will love this! Very easy to make and its a simple dessert you can add anything to it, fresh fruit, cool whip, nuts.

    This is the best chocolate cake we have ever had. Not too sweet and huge on taste!!! I have made with unsweetened & semi sweet Baker's chocolate, My favorite is the bittersweet. If you make it once, you will make it again!!! A great find!!
