Chocolate Lover's Pizza

A pizza pan is lined with a crunchy marshmallow, chocolate, peanut and cereal crust then topped with cherries and coconut for a kid-pleasing dessert.

What You Need

pkg. (4 oz. each) BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate

2-1/2

pkg. (4 oz. each) BAKER'S White Chocolate (10 oz.), divided

cups JET-PUFFED Miniature Marshmallows

cup crisp rice cereal

cup PLANTERS COCKTAIL Peanuts

1/4

cup each red and green maraschino cherries, well drained, halved

1/3

cup BAKER'S ANGEL FLAKE Coconut

tsp. oil

Make It

MICROWAVE semi-sweet chocolate and 8 oz. white chocolate in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 min.; stir. Microwave 1 to 2 min. or until chocolates are completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring every 30 sec. Add marshmallows, cereal and nuts; mix well.

SPREAD onto bottom of 12-inch pizza pan sprayed with cooking spray; top with cherries and coconut.

MICROWAVE remaining white chocolate and oil in small microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1 min.; stir. Microwave 30 sec. to 1 min. or until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring every 15 sec. Drizzle over coconut; let stand until firm.

I have been making this recipe every Christmas since I first discovered it on a miniature marshmallow bag, I believe in the 80s! I continually get rave reviews. Now I give them to my neighbors, using foil pot pie plates to mold them--so much easier to eat that way!

My mom used to make this recipe for our Christmas parties at school. She would bring it in a pizza box, and just when the kids thought they would be disappointed because it wasn't a "real" pizza, they tasted it. I still love to make it and put a slice in the Christmas baskets I give away. The presentation is so unique, and everyone begs for more! I drizzle a little white chocolate on the top to help hold on more coconut ;)

The recipe is really good if you are going to have a party or somthing i would tell you pick this one it is soo good my kids come home from school and they know whats cookin it smells wonderful but it taste even better...try somthing new ...

I have been making this for the last 5 years for childrens parties as well as for KU Med Departments. Everyone loves it. This is a fantastic desert recipie for Christmas Parties and very simple to make!
