  • Chop 6 oz. chocolate; place in medium microwaveable bowl. Add butter. Microwave on HIGH 1 min. or until butter is melted; stir until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended. Stir in sugar. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing well after each. Add combined flour and baking powder; mix well. (Dough will be very soft.) Refrigerate 2 hours.
  • Heat oven to 350°F. Roll rounded tablespoonfuls of dough into 34 balls, each about 1-1/4 inches in diameter. Place, 2 inches apart, on baking sheets sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Bake 8 to 9 min. or until no longer wet and shiny. (Cookies will still be soft.) Immediately top each cookie with marshmallow half, cut-side down. Bake 1 to 2 min. or until marshmallows start to puff. Cool 5 min. on baking sheets; transfer to wire racks. Cool completely.
  • Melt remaining chocolate as directed on package; stir in milk. Drizzle over cookies. Refrigerate 15 min. or until chocolate is firm.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from These were delicious! These were delicious! I only had unsweetened chocolate, so I used that and added an extra 1/4 c. Sugar. Also, I used strawberry flavored marshmallows, they came out super yummy! I actually liked the unsweetened because it tasted like dark chocolate and it wasn't too sweet!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Delicious and decadent - easy to make! Aside from the fact you have to let the dough chill, these are pretty quick to make and the recipe is very simple. I have made these multiple times and they look gorgeous. The first time I made them for my boyfriend he thought they were storebought and I was tricking him into thinking I made them. I recommend that you keep a close eye on the marshmallows, if they are in too long they will sink. Best to take them out prematurely. If you are in a rush, throw them in the fridge before doing the chocolate drizzle. Also throw them in after so the chocolate drizzle hardens.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My new favorite! Easy and delicious! I made the dough balls slightly smaller - 1" - and got 55 cookies. I also found that cooking the marshmallow topped cookies for a little longer - until they start to brown - resulted in toasted marshmallows without making the cookies too dry. And, remember, dipping your scissors or knife in water prevents the marshmallows from sticking.
