  • Cook chocolate and 1/2 cup coffee in saucepan on low heat until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring constantly.
  • Stir in sugar. Bring to boil on medium-high heat, stirring constantly. Simmer on low heat 4 min., stirring constantly. Pour into large bowl. Cool to room temperature.
  • Beat cream with mixer on high speed until soft peaks form. Gently stir into chocolate mixture.
  • Place 1 rounded Tbsp. chocolate mixture in each mug; stir in 1 cup of the remaining hot coffee until blended.

The chocolate mixture can be prepared ahead of time. Store in refrigerator up to 2 days. Reheat remaining coffee as needed just before mixing with the chocolate mixture as directed.
