  • Use back of spoon to spread COOL WHIP onto bottom and up side of 2-1/2-qt. trifle dish or clear glass serving bowl. Sprinkle half the cookies over COOL WHIP on bottom of bowl.
  • Whisk peanut butter and milk in large bowl until blended. Add dry pudding mixes; beat 2 min. Spoon half into trifle dish. Slice 2 bananas; spread over pudding mixture in dish. Cover with layers of remaining chopped cookies and pudding mixture.
  • Refrigerate 1 hour. Slice remaining banana; use to garnish dessert.

Substitute

Prepare using 1 pkg. (3.3 oz.) JELL-O White Chocolate Flavor Instant Pudding.

Minimize Browning in Cut-Up Fruit

To minimize browning in cut-up apples, pears or bananas, toss the fruit with orange juice or juice from canned pineapple. Or, dip fruit into 1 quart of cold water mixed with 3 Tbsp. lemon juice; pat dry with paper towels.
