Line 13x9-inch pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides; set aside. Prepare recipe as directed, using the 1 tub (12 oz.) COOL WHIP but increasing the vanilla to 1 Tbsp. and doubling all remaining ingredients. Do not invert dessert to remove from pan but lift dessert from pan using foil handles before cutting into bars. Makes 24 servings.
Dessert can be frozen overnight before unmolding and serving as directed.

Easy, yummy and so good to have on a warm summer's evening. I lined the loaf pan with foil and then with parchment paper. Makes it easier to remove from pan, slice the amount you want then return to freezer.
this is a wonderful dessert i double the recipe
and save one for a later date
I've made this several times and absolutely love it! I particularly love the slight texture difference between the peanut butter and chocolate fillings. I used to make it for special occasions, but now I make it for anytime and it never lasts long!
