Ratings & Reviews

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Inconsistent We made this recipe and it took longer to cook through. We kept extending the cook time by more than an hour. Even after that, some people complained their portion was undercooked and others had crumbling, dry cake. The "undercooked" portion may have been from the peanut butter. The frosting was soaked into the cake and didn't provide any extra moisture. In fact, several people commented that the cake was bitter and tasted burnt.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from There is no way this recipe was tested The slow cooker needs to be 6 qt, blending the peanut butter and cake mix created the strangest consistency of batter I have ever seen (like clay) and the final product was edible, but had small random pockets of goo (some peanut butter-ish, some watery chocolate).
