These are great. I made some for my family and some for my co-workers and everyone loved them.
I made this...and YES- there was wayyyy too much powdered sugar in this recipe. It was so thick (like dough) I could hardly spread it. Not to mention how too sweet it is.....As I am posting Im already changing this recipe. I would prepare the Pistachio pudding like normal and THEN add the butter and white chocolate thats already been melted and combined. Then I would add more liquid to the chocolate topping as that was too thick as well. This is one recipe I will not make again according to the directions. I also made another batch, same way as the pudding recipe on the box, added Cool Whip and froze it. Then cut into squares and drizzled with chocolate. MMMMMMMMM
Has anyone actually tried this? Seems like too much sugar in the recipe...
