Where do you find a 3.9 oz box of pudding? My choices were2.1 and 1.4 - so I combined the two - but it still came out too thick. should have used the amount of milk on each box - not the recipe. Was using the sugar free/fat free - would that make a difference? I will make this again - had made it years ago but couldn't find my recipe. Now that I know what to change. but I'm out 2 boxes of pudding and a pie crust .... :(
This pie was really good. The only change I made was that I used a wire whisk to gently fold the whipped cream into the pudding mixture. If you blend it too much the pie probably won't set up like it should.
