What You Need

1-1/2

cups boiling water

pkg. (0.3 oz.) JELL-O Raspberry Flavor Sugar Free Gelatin

1/2

oz. BAKER'S Bittersweet Chocolate

1/2

cup JET-PUFFED Miniature Marshmallows

3/4

cup thawed COOL WHIP Sugar Free Whipped Topping

1/4

cup fresh raspberries

Make It

ADD boiling water to gelatin mix; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Microwave chocolate, marshmallows and COOL WHIP in medium microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1 min. or until marshmallows are completely melted and mixture is well blended when stirred. Gradually whisk in gelatin until blended.

POUR into 4 dessert dishes. Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.

TOP with berries just before serving.

Special Extra

Melt additional BAKER'S Bittersweet Chocolate; drizzle over chilled flan. Or, dust raspberries with powdered sugar before using to garnish flan.

How to Prepare Using Frozen COOL WHIP Sugar Free Whipped Topping

If the COOL WHIP is not thawed, you can still make this dessert without waiting. Just remove the frozen COOL WHIP from the tub and cut it in half using a sharp knife and a cutting board. Cut one of the halves into quarters. Use one of the quarters in the recipe and return the rest of the COOL WHIP to the refrigerator for another use. Increase microwaving time to 2 min.

Special Extra

Substitute champagne flutes for the dessert dishes.

This is fabulous!!!! It is so satisfying while being lo-cal. I used fat free Cool Whip and will make this again, perhaps with other Jell-o flavors.

This was delicious! We made it for a get-together at our house last night and even the 5-year-old guest approved. We added a few more raspberries, a small dollop of sugar free topping, and a small amount of melted chocolate to the top. It was as pretty as a picture and delicious!

Made these babies for a summer pot luck. this dessert was such a hit, easy to eat and fairly low in calories.

Excellent! Has a light texture and flavorful. I substitute other flavored Jello's and it's just as good, ex. black cherry, lemon, orange, lime. I'm going to make it again now.
