If the COOL WHIP is not thawed, you can still make this dessert without waiting. Just remove the frozen COOL WHIP from the tub and cut it in half using a sharp knife and a cutting board. Cut one of the halves into quarters. Use one of the quarters in the recipe and return the rest of the COOL WHIP to the refrigerator for another use. Increase microwaving time to 2 min.

I made a double recipe and poured it in a 9in pie plate. Everyone loved it! Lactose-free, gluten-free dessert!
Probably did something wrong but this one wasn't impressive. I was expecting something uniform as pictured but what I got was two different layers: one of jello and one of the marshmallow-mixture.
Used white chocolate with the raspberry and the white chocolate was completely overpowered.
Probably wouldn't make this one again.
I WOULD TRY THIS RECIPE, IT LOOKS SO COOL AND GREAT TO TRY.
