I was looking for a quick and easy recipe for my 9 year old daughter to take to school for a cookie exchange. We made these cookies in no time! Not over chocolaty but the cookies were good, soft and cakey. I will make them again. Should be called Chocolate Cake Mini Bites!
Excellent! I made these and other cookies for Christmas presents. The first batch never made it out of the house. I had to make a second batch and hide them. I plan on making more as they were so good.
They dont really taste like sugar cookies more like brownie bites that arent quite sweet enough. I double checked the recipe and I did it all right so I was disappointed.
