Here's a cheesecake to serve on the weekend when special friends come to dinner. Remember to keep tabs on portions of this rich, chocolatey dessert.
Prepare using a ready-to-use graham cracker crumb crust.
Place completely unwrapped package of cream cheese in microwaveable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 10 sec. or just until softened. Add 15 sec. for each additional package of cream cheese.

This is a very dense, chocolatey cheesecake. I didn't get it to swirl very well because of the thickness of the batters. I wonder if using a mixer to combine ingredients would create a little more air and less density. I would also delete a couple of squares of chocolate if I make it again. You definitely can only eat a very small slice it is so rich. Not a winner with my crew.
Rich, but very good. Definitely can't eat too much of but it is very tasty.
