  • Place chocolate and milk in microwavable bowl. Microwave on MEDIUM (50%) 2 minutes, stirring after each minute. Add cocoa powder; mix well.
  • Pour chocolate mixture into blender container. Add tofu; cover. Blend until smooth. Pour into large bowl. Add marshmallow creme; stir with wire whisk until well blended. Cover.
  • Refrigerate 3 hours or until chilled. Top each serving with 1/2 cup strawberries.

Substitute

Substitute sliced bananas for strawberries.

It's smooth, creamy and light and it doesn't feel like you're eating a dessert. It's perfect for kids if you want them to eat healthy. here's a way to trick them into it!

I think that the recommended 1/3 cup of cocoa powder is WAY to much, it was very bitter. Next time I make it I will probably only add about 1/8-1/4 c. of cocoa powder.
