  • Place 1 cookie in each of 12 paper-lined muffin cups.
  • Beat cream cheese and sugar in large bowl with mixer until blended. Gently stir in COOL WHIP. Spoon into muffin cups. Microwave chocolate and butter in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1 min. or until butter is melted. Stir until chocolate is completely melted. Spoon over tarts; tilt pan to cover evenly.
  • Refrigerate 3 hours or until set.
