Chopped Caesar Slaw

This was a big hit at a going away party. I added red cabbage and also carrots because I can clearly see them on the photo, but they are not listed under the ingredients.

I used the bag of coleslaw mix, and used the pre cooked bacon and I chopped it. I used classic salad dressing but not Krafts and I think Kraft's caesar dressing has a creamier consistency, which I would use next time. Other than that it was still good and my husband and son loved it.

We had a Luau this weekend with many people attending, so I needed a couple easy and quick side dishes. I gave this coleslaw a try, but I used a mix of green and red cabbage, and instead of frying bacon, I used the pre-cooked crumbles; it was a hit!! Everybody loved it including me, and it was extremly easy and quick to prepare. Will definitly make it again!

Pretty bland. Don't know what it was missing, but it was definitely missing something. Would not make again unless I could come up with a variation.
