Make Ahead
Prepare cream cheese mixture; place in airtight container. Place chopped vegetables in small resealable plastic bags. Refrigerate all ingredients (except crackers) up to 24 hours. When ready to serve, assemble spread as directed. Serve with the crackers.
Chicken Caesar Spread
Soften 1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELIPHIA Cream Cheese. Mix with 2 Tbsp. KRAFT Light Caesar Dressing. Spread onto serving plate or bottom of pie plate; cover. Refrigerate 1 hour. Top with 1/3 cup finely chopped romaine lettuce, 1/3 cup chopped OSCAR MAYER Deli Fresh Grilled Chicken Breast Strips and 1/4 cup KRAFT Shredded Parmesan Cheese. Serve with Spring RITZ Crackers. Makes 2 cups spread or 16 servings, 2 Tbsp. spread and 5 crackers each.
