  • Heat grill to medium-high heat.
  • Mix meat, onions, garlic and pepper. Shape into 4 (1/2-inch-thick) oval patties.
  • Grill patties 5 min. Brush with 2 Tbsp. barbecue sauce; turn over. Grill 5 min. or until medium doneness (160°F).
  • Remove patties from grill. Top evenly with the remaining barbecue sauce.

Serving Suggestion

Serve in split crusty Italian bread rolls.

We make garlic mashed potatoes, or grill mixed vegetables (potatoes, red bell pepper, asparagus) in foil packetts with garlic, butter sea-salt and pepper.

If you don't like onion I would use about half of the recommended. My husband said it was too much. So next time I make it, it'll have less onion. Overall a wonderful steak.
