This was tasty! And I would diffidently make this again. I did find it needed a bit more seasoning and for my families taste I will put the apples in with the carrots next time.
Yummy! I used the new Apple Stove Top Stuffing (which probably changed nutritional statistics) and homemade French dressing as we had just used the last of the Catalina.
Had to cook the carrots longer for them to soften up, but enjoyed the taste and the crunch of the apples and carrots were a nice touch.
