What You Need

 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
1/4
cup chopped cooked chorizo, drained
1/4
cup KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise
1/4
tsp. each: Salt and pepper
30
 RITZ Crackers

Make It

MIX eggs, chorizo and mayo until well blended. Season with salt and pepper.

SPREAD about 1-1/2 tsp. of the egg mixture onto each cracker just before serving.

Substitute
Substitute 4 oz. Italian sausage or OSCAR MAYER Turkey Polska Kielbasa, cooked and chopped, for the cooked and drained chorizo.
Substitute
Substitute MIRACLE WHIP Dressing for the mayo.
