Makes for a hearty meal. I added some leftover green beans and some fresh mushroom. Had enough leftover another 4 servings.
This was ok. It needs some changes. The vegtables were mushy by the time it all cooked. Next time, I will add fresh vegtables and will add atleast a cup of water with the broth. Has a good flavor.
