Very simple and quick meal. Tasty, but watch out....I think the recipe directions for one cup of steak sauce are in error. Not only is that expensive, but the stew would be unedible, in my opinion. I used 1/2 cup and the stew still had a very strong taste. Next time I will try 1/4 cup. I also added corn starch to thicken the broth to a gravy consistancy, which is what I think stew should have. I will make this again, because it was an extremely easy meal.
