Rated 4 out of 5 by from I've made this recipe several times now -- it's so good & easy to make. I've made this recipe several times now -- it's so good & easy to make. I substituted vegetarian crumbles for the beef, diced canned tomatoes in various flavors instead of stewed tomatoes, organic raw sharp cheddar instead of conventional, used various types of beans, added extra chili, extra cumin, a dash of cayenne pepper, & granulated garlic & it turns out dee-lish. The only Mac dish that I like better (so far) is the Italian Cheddar Bake, (but I've always had a thing for casseroles ;)

Rated 4 out of 5 by from this was a very easy recipe to make but it needed a little spicing up. this was a very easy recipe to make but it needed a little spicing up. since I don't use salt I had to use garlic and onion powder, along with chili seasoning I will also use pinto beans the next time, because i think they will give them a better taste, also i will use rotel tomatos. my little grandson and husband both enjoyed it very much. I like it because I did not have to heat my kitchen up, I just added a salad to go with this and we had a meal for dinner. will make it again.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from This recipe is ok. This recipe is ok. I used taco mix instead of the chili powder and cumin. I added onions to browned meat. I used leftover black beans I had in the fridge instead of the kidney beans. I threw in some leftover frozen corn and some sliced black olives also along with the stewed tomatos. I put in a 9x13 baking dish and topped with the 4 blend mexican cheese and baked till just heated through and cheese was melted. I think this would make a good potluck dish.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My family loved this dish. My family loved this dish. I loved it because it was fast, used ingredients that I had on hand and it turned out just like the picture! I also used diced tomatoes instead of stewed. My middle son suggested that this would be good as a taco dish--you could substitute taco seasoning and black beans for the chili powder and kidney beans.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Made this for the second time and my family still loves it! Made this for the second time and my family still loves it! It's a recipe taht will become one our regulars. We really like Kraft Deluxe Mac and Cheese dinner instead of the regualr. It re-heats much better and we usually have a little leftover so it works perfect. Thanks Kraft for a tasty and super fast meal!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Quick and easy to make, the whole family enjoyed it...very filling as well. Quick and easy to make, the whole family enjoyed it...very filling as well. I like that it has ingredients I usually have on hand so it makes a great last minute meal. It was a little bland for me and my husband so next time I might add some taco seasoning or something....Great recipe! I'll make this again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My husband and kids love this recipe. My husband and kids love this recipe. Even my 12 month old! My husband thinks he can get away with one serving, but he always comes back for seconds...or thirds!! My 6 year old too. I sauteed onions and bell peppers in EVOO first, and I used diced tomatoes instead of stewed...only additions I made.....

My husband hates leftovers, unless it's something specific (enchiladas are his favorite), but both times I've made this, he's gobbled it up and asked for the leftovers for the next day's lunch! Very quick, very filling, and so easy to make when I get home from work myself.
