This stuff is great and will be my stand-by appetizer. I usually have almost all the ingredients and the others aren't hard to get. This is a healthy spread and can be served to vegetarians, low-carbers, low-fatters - of course, you would make a few adjustments in what you use to scoop it up. In addition to crackers, lay some carrots, celery and toasted cocktail bread around it. But don't wait for a party. It makes a great late-night snack.
