Hummus, a nice spread all on its own, tastes even better with chopped cucumbers, red onions and plum tomatoes—and a sprinkle of crumbled feta cheese.

What You Need

container  (7 oz.) ATHENOS Original Hummus
1/2
cup  chopped seeded cucumbers
1/4
cup  finely chopped red onions
1
 plum tomato, chopped
1/4
cup  ATHENOS Traditional Crumbled Feta Cheese
3
 whole wheat pita breads (7 inch), torn into 8 pieces each

Make It

SPREAD hummus onto plate.

TOP with layers of all remaining ingredients except bread.

SERVE with bread.
