BBQ sauce, fresh cilantro and orange juice make a triple play for a dinnertime home run in this sweet and citrusy pork chop dish.

What You Need

1/2
cup  KRAFT Honey Spiced Pork Chop Barbecue Sauce
1/2
cup  chopped fresh cilantro
1
 jalapeño pepper, seeded, finely chopped
1/2
tsp.  zest and 2 Tbsp. juice from 1 orange
4
 bone-in pork chops (1-1/2 lb.), 1/2 inch thick

Make It

HEAT grill to medium-high heat.

MIX all ingredients except chops. Reserve half for serving with the cooked chops.

GRILL chops 5 to 7 min. on each side or until done (145°F), brushing occasionally with remaining sauce. Remove from grill; cover. Let stand 3 min.

SERVE with reserved sauce.

Variation
Prepare using 4 boneless pork chops (1 lb.) and reducing the grilling time if necessary to cook chops until done (145ºF). Remove from grill. Cover; let stand 3 min.
Use Your Broiler
Heat broiler. Broil chops, 6 inches from heat, on foil-covered broiler pan 5 to 7 min. on each side or until done (145°F), brushing with remaining sauce for the last 5 min. Remove from broiler; cover. Let stand 3 min.
Substitute
Prepare using BULL'S-EYE Original Barbecue Sauce.
