Love this salad. Make sure you use veggie mix with pea pods and water chestnuts, they add a great texture!

What You Need

1/4
cup MIRACLE WHIP Light Dressing
1/4
cup cilantro, finely chopped
2
tsp. soy sauce
1
pkg. (16 oz.) frozen Asian mixed vegetables, thawed, well drained
2
cups chopped cooked chicken
2
Tbsp. finely chopped PLANTERS COCKTAIL Peanuts

Make It

MIX dressing, cilantro and soy sauce until well blended.

TOSS with combined vegetables and chicken in large bowl.

TOP with nuts.

Variation
Prepare as directed, omitting the peanuts.
