Rated 2 out of 5 by from This was not as good as it sounded. This was not as good as it sounded. I followed the recipe exactly...I'm not sure I'm sold on the thawed veggies. I think I'd make a variation using fresh snap peas, green onions, sliced water chestnuts, fresh red pepper strips and more cilantro.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I made this with canned chicken and it truned out great. I made this with canned chicken and it truned out great. The different textures of the veggies and the chicken made it very good. This will be a great thing to eat on a hot summer day as it is not too heavy.

I don't like cilantro so I substituted flat leaf parsley and it worked out just the way I thought it would be. I've heard that a like for cilantro is genetic. Obviously, my genes are in the minority!
