  • Blend first 5 ingredients in blender until smooth. Pour over meat in shallow dish; stir to evenly coat meat with dressing mixture.
  • Refrigerate 30 min. to marinate.
  • Heat grill to medium heat. Remove meat from marinade; discard marinade. Thread meat onto 8 skewers alternately with peppers.
  • Grill kabobs 8 to 10 min. or until meat is done and peppers are crisp-tender, turning occasionally.

Use Your Broiler

Heat broiler. Assemble kabobs as directed. Broil, 6 inches from heat, 8 to 10 min. or until meat is done and peppers are crisp-tender, turning occasionally.

Note

If using wooden skewers, soak skewers in water for 30 min. before using to assemble kabobs to prevent them from burning on the grill.
