  • Heat oil in large saucepan on medium-high heat. Add rice and onions; cook and stir 3 min.
  • Stir in broth; bring to boil. Cover; simmer on low heat 20 min. or until broth is absorbed.
  • Blend dressing, cilantro and parsley in blender until smooth. Add to rice mixture; mix lightly.

Special Equipment Needed


When adding dressing mixture to cooked rice, use a fork to gently mix ingredients. This will help prevent the rice from clumping together.
