We used to make this in the deli at college that I worked in. A variation of it is to use peanut butter instead of the cream cheese! Very taste!
Made this for Christmas morning. It was a special treat, yet light enough considering we would have a full meal later in the day. Will make a again, maybe add some apricot preserves next time.
