I made it for the 4th of July weekend and those friend's loved it too. I added more juice so it was a little creamier and it was easier to dip with the graham crackers. I'll keep this one on hand!!!

I upped the cinnamon to 2 tsp. and it still really tasted only like cream cheese. It was also too thick to use as a dip, it broke the grahm crackers. I gave the kids the grahm crackers sticks. I won't make this one again.

It was delicious, and not too sweet. My guests loved it. I also added a little extra cinnamon. I've had several requests for the recipe.
