I made this for my kids and while they enjoyed it I thought it could have been sweeter. I doubled the amount of sugar but it still wasn't sweet enough for me. I served apple slices and angel food cake with it.
In my personal opinion, this was not sweet enough of a fruit dip. I may try it again at a later date and try it with slightly more cream cheese and brown sugar. But i dont like the option of making it lower in fat with fat free milk, reduced fat cream cheese and even reduced fat sour cream. Not sure how it would tast though with hardly any fat it in
Pretty good- a nice change from the basic, but I honestly think I like my marshmallow-cream cheese standard the best.
