I like cinnamon so I liked it but my 4 year old (who likes pudding) and husband did not care for it. I used half the amt. of cinnamon since others said it was too strong and I would not have wanted any more. I might make it again for myself when I'm wanting a little something different. I also sprinkled in some mini choc chips for some extra crunch and flavor.

I do not usually make desserts because my family is very carefull about calories and fat content. I saw this receipe and decided to try it. The only change that I made was to use fat free whipped topping. The pudding was great. The cinnamon adds a nice touch. I will make this again when we need a nice treat.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I LOVE Cinnamon! I LOVE Cinnamon! This was simple and easy to make! My family loved it! I decorated it with a dollop of the left over Whipped Cream, a pinch of Cinnamon, and shaved some chocolate on top! It was a great hit! I even brought some of the left overs to work and my co-workers loved it! Will DEFINITELY make this again!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very easy for a casual, sweet, delicious dessert. Very easy for a casual, sweet, delicious dessert. Family was trying to guess what the 'mystery' flavor of cinnamon was. I made it totally fat-free by using fat-free Cool Whip. Think next time I will crumble Mini-Oreos into the pudding. I'd also like to try it with semi-sweet chocolate chips!

Pretty good; not a show stopper by any means, but still a nice change to normal pudding. I did 1/3 tsp cinnamon and 1/2 tsp vanilla extract with chocolate pudding. Served with whipped topping(which really makes all the difference in the world!)
